Hi, I’m Margarita Serova, a Chartered Marketer (CM) with 20+ years of experience across marketing, communications and business development. I help professionals, businesses and organizations become visible to the right people — without chasing every trend, algorithm or viral moment.

My professional path started with language, communication and cross-cultural understanding, continued through international marketing, and developed through more than two decades of working across marketing, business development, strategic partnerships and leadership in international and Canadian environments.

Beyond consulting, I’m a TEDx speaker and facilitator, and the founder of Biz Moms™, a professional community helping mothers stay visible, connected and professionally active.

I’m also a proud mom of two boys. Motherhood has transformed how I understand leadership, resilience and human relationships — and continues to shape how I work and lead.
