Hi, I’m Margarita Serova, a Chartered Marketer (CM) with 20+ years of experience across marketing, communications and business development. I help professionals, businesses and organizations become visible to the right people — without chasing every trend, algorithm or viral moment.
My approach brings together human-centred marketing, organic visibility and relationship-driven growth. It’s about being intentional about where you show up, how you communicate your value and how you build the trust and reputation that create opportunities over time.

Drawing from my experience as a mother, immigrant and business professional rebuilding my career, I challenge the idea that becoming visible means simply doing more.
In this TEDx talk, I explore how invisible responsibilities, expectations and roles can keep capable people hidden — and why creating space may be the first step toward being seen again.
