I’m Margarita Serova, CM, MA — a strategic visibility and partnership consultant, Chartered Marketer, TEDx speaker and founder of Biz Moms™, with more than 20 years of international experience across marketing, business development and communications.
Long before I stepped onto a TEDx stage, my career was built around communicating ideas, presenting opportunities, negotiating, building relationships and representing organizations.
Over more than 20 years, I have led and participated in hundreds of client, partner and stakeholder meetings, developed executive and business presentations, represented organizations at international professional events and worked across countries, cultures and industries.
After moving to Canada in 2022, I experienced first-hand what it means to rebuild a network, reputation and professional identity in a new country.
Today, I bring that business experience to the stage together with the perspective of an immigrant, entrepreneur, mother and community builder — helping audiences think about how people become known, build trust, navigate change and create opportunities.
