Adaptable from a focused 1-hour session to a full-day hands-on workshop
1. Create space
Professional growth needs space. Participants look at what they can stop, simplify, delegate or ask for help with — creating more room for their own professional goals, interests and development.
2. Reconnect with yourself
What do you want now? Participants reconnect with their experience, strengths, interests and ambitions — especially after motherhood, relocation, a career break or another major life or career change.
3. Step back into professional spaces
Professional visibility grows through relationships. Participants explore how to rebuild and expand their networks, reconnect with former colleagues and contacts, enter new professional communities, attend events and start meaningful conversations — without approaching every interaction as a job search or sales opportunity.
4. Strengthen your LinkedIn presence
Your professional story needs to reflect who you are now. Participants explore how to use LinkedIn to communicate their experience, strengths and direction, strengthen their profile, reconnect with their network and become more visible to relevant people and opportunities.
5. Experiment and explore
You don't need to have the next five years figured out. A project, collaboration, course, volunteer opportunity, business idea or new professional experience can help test possibilities and create clarity about what might come next.
6. Keep your momentum
Visibility is built through consistent, realistic action. Participants identify practical next steps across LinkedIn, networking, professional communities and real-world opportunities that fit their current stage of life and career.
