I design and facilitate practical workshops and professional development programs for companies, organizations and professional communities — from professional visibility, LinkedIn and strategic networking to human-centred marketing and practical AI. Every session is adapted to the people in the room, with real discussion, hands-on learning and ideas participants can immediately put into practice.
Every audience is different. I adapt the content, examples, exercises and level of discussion to make the experience relevant to the people in the room.
Audiences include:
• Corporate teams, employees & emerging leaders
• Professional associations & member organizations
• Founders, entrepreneurs, consultants & coaches
• Women entrepreneurs & working mothers
• Newcomers & internationally experienced professionals
• Professionals navigating career transition or reinvention
• Nonprofits, community organizations & conferences
From an intimate leadership group to a large conference audience, the format changes — the focus on relevance and human connection doesn't.

My workshops are designed for participation, not passive listening.
Depending on the program, participants may work on their LinkedIn profiles, clarify their professional positioning, map their networks, practice conversations, discuss real scenarios, work through exercises and leave with practical next steps.
Programs range from one-hour sessions to half-day or full-day workshops and multi-session learning series, delivered in person or online.
Choose an established program or a workshop tailored to your organization's audience, goals and context.
Every workshop can be tailored to your audience, goals and professional context. From a focused 1-hour session to a half-day or full-day workshop, or a multi-session learning series, the format and content can be adapted to your organization’s needs.
Professional Visibility • Personal Branding • LinkedIn
You may have strong experience and valuable expertise — but do the right people understand what you bring and what you want to be known for?
This hands-on workshop helps professionals clarify their value, strengthen their professional positioning and use LinkedIn and other visibility tools more intentionally. Built around my 5 Steps Towards Professional Visibility framework, participants learn how to make their expertise easier to see, understand and remember — online and offline.
Ideal for: professionals, leaders, newcomers, founders, consultants, coaches and people navigating career transition.
Strategic Networking • Relationship-Building • Business Development
You may be meeting people and growing your network — but are those connections developing into meaningful professional relationships?
This practical workshop moves networking beyond collecting contacts. Participants learn how to identify the relationships that matter, introduce themselves with confidence, start better conversations, follow up with intention and build trust over time — creating the conditions for referrals, partnerships, clients, career opportunities and collaboration.
Ideal for: newcomers, job seekers, professionals entering new industries or markets, leaders, founders, consultants, business-development professionals, professional associations and business communities.
Professional Visibility • Career Growth • Entrepreneurship • Reinvention
What happens to your professional visibility when life and career change at the same time?
Created specifically for women navigating career growth alongside motherhood, career breaks, relocation, entrepreneurship, leadership or professional reinvention, this workshop explores how to maintain professional identity and momentum through change. Participants work on communicating their value, rebuilding visibility and confidence, strengthening professional relationships and continuing to create opportunities through different stages of career and life.
Ideal for: women’s employee and leadership groups, working mothers, women returning after career breaks, newcomers, women entrepreneurs and founders, and women navigating career or business transition.
Practical AI • Prompting • Critical Thinking • Human Judgment
AI can generate an answer in seconds. But is it the right answer — and should you use it?
This hands-on workshop helps professionals use generative AI more effectively in everyday work while keeping human judgment in control. Participants practise prompting, question and analyse AI-generated outputs, explore practical workplace applications and learn when AI can accelerate the work — and when context, expertise, critical thinking and human judgment need to take the lead.
Ideal for: corporate teams, leaders, marketing and communications professionals, founders, consultants, professional-services organizations, nonprofits and professional communities.

I'm Margarita Serova — Chartered Marketer (CM), consultant, facilitator and TEDx speaker with 20+ years of international experience across marketing, business development, strategic partnerships and leadership.
My career has taken me from international consulting and business development to leading marketing and commercial functions, representing global organizations, advising businesses and building professional communities. I've worked with senior leaders, entrepreneurs, international teams, newcomers and professionals navigating change — experience that gives me a broad perspective on how people build visibility, relationships and opportunities in very different environments.
I bring that real business experience into the room, but I don't believe professional learning should be theoretical. My workshops are practical, interactive and highly relevant to the people in front of me — creating space to ask questions, test ideas, practise and immediately connect the learning to their own work, career or business.
Tell me about your audience, your goals and what you want people to walk away with. I can recommend an established program or create an experience specifically for your organization.
